HSE Engineer

HSE Compliance & Implementation: Ensure adherence to ADNOC/DUSUP HSE policies, UAE regulatory requirements, and international safety standards in gas pipeline construction.Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement effective control measures to maintain a safe work environment.Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.ISO & Audit Management: Conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO standards, particularly ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).Safety Induction & Training: Provide safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs to workers and subcontractors.Permit to Work (PTW) System: Ensure strict compliance with PTW procedures for high-risk activities, as per ADNOC/DUSUP regulations.Emergency Preparedness & Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure effective safety measures are in place.Site Inspections & Audits: Perform routine inspections, audits, and walkthroughs to identify non-compliance issues and enforce safety measures.Coordination with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to maintain HSE best practices.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain HSE records, compliance reports, audit findings, and safety statistics in alignment with regulatory and ADNOC/DUSUP standards.Desired Candidate Profile Any Graduation Minimum 3-4 years of experience in gas pipeline construction NEBOSH Certified DUSUP/ADNOC Exp is mandatory Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 20–25 days max will be considered for interview Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Construction Civil Engineering Department / Functional Area HSE (Health Safety Keywords Hse Health Health Safety Safety Audits Safety Engineer Health And Safety Manager Health And Safety Engineer Safety Culture Safety Advisor HSE Training Ehs Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
