Direct message the job poster from Signature Collection Realty Senior Property Consultant Location : Dubai, UAE Job Title : Senior Property Consultant Company : Signature Collection Realty Reports to : Sales Manager / CEO Job Summary : Signature Collection Realty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our luxury real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling premium properties, managing investor portfolios, and closing high-value deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue, mentoring junior agents, and representing the brand with professionalism. Key Responsibilities : Act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of luxury residential properties (villas, townhouses, apartments). Maintain a deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan and secondary properties. Manage and nurture relationships with clients, investors, and property developers. Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close transactions efficiently. Mentor junior property consultants and support their training and development. Prepare regular reports on leads, sales performance, and market feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards at all times. Qualifications & Skills : Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in luxury or investment properties. Proven track record of successful high-ticket property transactions. Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, market trends, and legal procedures. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Swedish are a plus). Well-groomed and professional appearance. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Compensation : Attractive commission structure (options: commission-only or salary + commission based on performance).
