Asset management & compliance: maintain organised digital libraries with clear metadata and version control; guarantee all visuals meet brand guidelines, copyright rules, and platform terms of service. Collaboration & performance tracking: communicate regularly with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables; analyse content performance (views, engagement, lead attribution) and share insights to refine future shoots. Qualifications & Requirements 1–2 years of professional real-estate photography (real-estate experience is preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural/interior photography, walk-through videography, and short-form social media content. Mastery of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear; confident both on-location and in studio settings. Advanced editing skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent); fluency with mobile editors such as Cap Cut and VN for rapid social edits. Proven track record of delivering Reels/Stories that drive engagement and qualified leads. Excellent project-management skills—able to juggle multiple shoots, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
