Job Overview: The International Real Estate Scout identifies, evaluates, and secures properties for live casino studio setups in designated international locations. Responsibilities include market research, collaborating with local real estate professionals, managing initial negotiations, and ensuring properties meet company criteria before transitioning to contract negotiations. How You Will Make an Impact: Market Research & Property Identification: Conduct market research, collaborate with local real estate agents, and utilize online platforms to scout properties. Property Evaluation: Assess properties based on location, market trends, zoning, and suitability; conduct site visits. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align property choices and provide regular updates. Negotiation & Due Diligence: Manage discussions with property owners, coordinate due diligence, and support transition to contract negotiations. Candidate Profile: Extensive experience in international commercial real estate development. Strong knowledge of market trends and property evaluation. Proven negotiation skills for complex discussions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to different cultures. Proficiency with real estate databases and online platforms. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively.
