ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Reward is an expert-level role that supports the design, benchmarking, implementation, and governance of Group-wide reward programs. The role also acts as a Reward Business Partner for designated Majid Al Futtaim Properties business units, enabling and guiding to ensure seamless day-to-day reward operations and effective alignment of reward practices with business needs and group frameworks. ROLE PROFILE Partner with the Reward Director to design, review, and enhance group-wide compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational design. Conduct regular market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to maintain competitive and fair reward practices. Ensure compliance of all compensation programs with labor laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks. Provide strategic and tactical reward guidance to designated business units, enabling annual compensation reviews and budgeting. Develop and deliver data-driven dashboards, tools, and insights to support informed decision-making and continuous program improvement. Lead capability-building initiatives, including workshops and toolkits, to embed compensation knowledge across HR and business leaders. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a numerate or business-related discipline. 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in reward or total compensation, ideally in large, matrixed organizations, with a demonstrable focus on program design, policy development and process management. Strong foundation in compensation principles, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and incentive programs. Proficiency in SAP or similar HRIS systems.
