Specification Coordinator

Maintain project-specific procedures manuals, filing systems, and document control systems. Coordinate activities associated with specification editing and finalizing as required to ensure deadlines are met. Respond to telephones and emails and accurately assist as required. Actively assist the team in identifying technically correct paint systems and liaise with the technical department for test reports and correspondences required for the documentation. Update project files every month for reporting. Coordinate project work within the company and inter-company. Update project development into the CRM and update approval lists in line with the product assortment. Maintain and monitor paint sample requirements of Specification Department. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or other qualification with relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Specification Coordinator within UAE specializing in paints-related projects or a similar industry. Experience managing multiple tasks in an organized and timely manner. Proficient in MS Office and other document processing software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
