Position: Head of Commercial Operations META Location: UAE, Dubai Job Description The Head of Commercial Operations META will lead and execute the commercial strategy across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. Responsibilities include optimizing sales, enhancing go-to-market models, and ensuring operational excellence across all commercial functions. The role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Medical Affairs to align with Galderma's regional and global objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional commercial strategies aligned with global goals. Lead sales operations, forecasting, demand planning, and performance analytics. Drive field force effectiveness, CRM utilization, and incentive planning. Collaborate with country managers for consistent practices and performance tracking. Implement best practices in pricing, market access, and channel management. Oversee commercial training and capability development. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights for strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies. Conduct market research and data analysis to inform business plans. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for META leadership. Assist in setting financial targets and developing budgets by business and product line. Ensure adherence to legal and compliance guidelines. Work on profit targets, pricing strategies, and margin optimization. Propose organizational structures for optimal market coverage and revenue. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related; MBA preferred. 10+ years in commercial operations, preferably in pharmaceuticals or dermatology. Proven leadership in regional or multi-country roles. Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
