Job Title: Supervisor for Painting & Blasting for Ship Repairs Location: Kezad, Abu Dhabi Industry: Ship Repair Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing surface preparation and coating applications on vessels. Supervision & Coordination: Manage painting and blasting crews. Surface Preparation: Oversee sandblasting, hydro-blasting, and other preparation techniques before painting. Coating Application: Ensure correct application of marine coatings, primers, and anti-corrosion treatments. Quality Control: Inspect surfaces, monitor paint thickness, and verify adherence. Scaffolding: Have experience in scaffolding. Qualifications: 5 – 10 years hands-on experience in marine painting, blasting, and corrosion protection. Diploma and Certification in NACE Level 1.
