Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical) Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description •Create accurate cost estimates and proposals for mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. •Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop construction schedules and budgets. •Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements. •Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality products. Desired Candidate Profile • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the UAE construction industry. • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Strong understanding of UAE Building Code and other relevant regulations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
