AC Duct Cleaning Supervisor
Description
Lead and manage a team of duct technicians, ensuring efficient execution of tasks. Assign duties and supervise AC duct cleaning, installation, and maintenance operations. Provide training and guidance on proper duct cleaning techniques and safety measures. Conduct team meetings and safety briefings to ensure awareness of best practices. Oversee and perform AC duct cleaning using industry-approved methods. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of duct cleaning machines. Supervise installation of GI (Galvanized Iron) & PI (Pre-Insulated) ducts, ensuring proper alignment and sealing. Manage duct liner installation to enhance insulation and efficiency. Inspect and troubleshoot duct-related issues affecting AC performance. Ensure safety regulations and company procedures are followed at all job sites. Monitor and enforce proper sealing and airflow optimization in all duct installations. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure high standards of work and customer satisfaction. Maintain records of completed work, materials used, and follow-up actions. Work closely with management to improve processes and operational efficiency. Prepare and submit reports on team performance, project completion, and challenges. Assist in cost estimation and procurement of materials and equipment. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and meet safety requirements. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in AC duct cleaning, installation, and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of duct systems, ventilation principles, and HVAC standards. Leadership and team management skills. Expertise in duct cleaning techniques, installation, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards. Ability to operate duct cleaning machines and HVAC tools. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
