1 month ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Automotive Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the fleet sales segment by assisting corporate clients and businesses in purchasing new and used vehicles in bulk. This role involves understanding the unique needs of business clients, providing tailored vehicle solutions, negotiating terms, and finalizing fleet sales transactions. The consultant is expected to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional B2B customer service, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Duties and Responsibilities: Corporate Customer Interaction: Proactively reach out to potential business clients to establish relationships. Understand and assess the specific vehicle needs and requirements of businesses. Present detailed information about vehicle fleet options, specifications, and features tailored to business operations. Negotiate prices, terms of sale, and bulk purchase agreements with business customers. Prepare, present, and finalize fleet sales contracts in coordination with financial teams. Product and Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, fleet-specific features, and technological advancements. Educate business clients on the technical aspects, performance, and maintenance of fleet vehicles. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies within the fleet sales sector. Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize fleet sales and profitability. Engage in proactive follow-ups with potential and existing corporate clients. B2B Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service tailored to the needs of business clients to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all fleet sales paperwork and documentation are accurately completed and processed. Verify business client information for financing applications. Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and company policies relevant to fleet sales. Product Presentation and Promotion: Collaborate in the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies targeting the fleet segment. Industry and Market Research: Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies in the fleet sector. Provide management with insights on customer preferences, market demands, and potential growth opportunities in fleet sales. Standards and Ethical Practices: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all fleet sales activities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all transactions and interactions with business clients.
