Job Purpose: Develop and utilize cost reporting tools. Review and analyze project and investment returns. Report on investment analysis to management. Key Accountabilities: Investment Analysis: Collect and analyze data on each project and its returns. Calculate the investment returns. Draft comprehensive reports on project and investment analysis and financial results. Reporting: Draft comprehensive reports on project and investment analysis and financial results. Cost Reporting Techniques: Review and develop improvements on cost reporting techniques. Analyze alternative facilities systems and make recommendations.
