Receptionist/Secretary/Administrative Assistant
Description
We are looking for a female candidate who will handle full reception roles independently and provide administrative and secretarial support. Requirements: Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant working UAE experience in multi-national companies. Well experienced in serving various types of people as well as effective phone call handling skills. Capable of handling multi-tasks among reception and administration duties. Customer oriented, with a good tone and manner in handling phone calls. Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs. Presentable, detail-minded, and well-organized. Proficient in both written and spoken English. Order and maintain supplies. A flexible team player with high proficiency in interpersonal skills. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Immediately available is preferred. Age between 26 - 30 years old. Major Responsibilities: Perform all necessary office administrative functions, including travel arrangements, conference room booking, and greeting guests. Answer telephone calls, take messages, and handle them in a satisfactory manner. Prepare and update staff records and contact lists. #J-18808-Ljbffr
