Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales agents, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Stay current on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote listings and generate leads. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to train the new joiners on different aspects of Real Estate Competitive salary and commission structure.
