They are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Dairy Farm Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Job Profile for Dairy Farm Manager Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Manage all the activities taking place on the farm Monitor and manage the health, breeding, and nutrition of the cattle herd Implement and oversee vaccination programs and disease prevention strategies Maintain accurate records of individual animal health and production data Assist junior staff in achieving goals Set work schedules for the employees Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all stages of milk production Develop and manage budgets for the cattle farm operation Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maximise profitability Plan and implement feeding programs to meet the nutritional needs of the animals Manage feed inventories, storage, and procurement Monitor and adjust feeding practices based on seasonal variations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to herd management, production, and farm operations Candidate Profile for Dairy Farm Manager Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Arabic and Dutch fluency would be considered a plus Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture or a related field 10+ years of experience as a Farm Manager or similar role Knowledge of cattle breeding, nutrition, and health management practices Knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance Familiarity with pasture management and rotational grazing techniques Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks Strong organisational and problem-solving skills What Our Client Offers Medical Insurance 30 days paid annual leave Gratuity pay-out Already imagine yourself in this position?
