Role Description As a Sales Director (MENA), you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and expanding our market presence. You'll play a key role in shaping our regional operations, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring sustainable business growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MENA region, considering market specifics and trends. Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. Identify and build strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving long-term business success. Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies. Track and analyze key sales KPIs, providing regular performance reports to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize customer experience and business outcomes. Requirements 5+ years of leadership experience in sales (preferably in crypto, fintech, or IT). Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building, managing, and motivating teams. Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Fluent English (Advanced / Native); Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-uncertainty environment. Willingness to travel as needed. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies. Flexibility: Adaptability to shifting market conditions and business priorities.
