We’re Hiring a Sponsorship Sales Manager to Join Our Consumer Goods Portfolio! Step into a pivotal role at Messe Frankfurt Middle East as our Sponsorship Sales Manager , where you’ll lead the charge in driving sponsorship revenue and building long-term brand partnerships for Beautyworld Middle East – one of the region’s most iconic trade shows. Based in Dubai, you’ll shape commercial strategy, craft compelling proposals, and deliver exceptional value to partners. What You’ll Be Doing Own the full sponsorship sales cycle – from identifying opportunities and pitching solutions, to closing deals and ensuring seamless execution. Develop creative, tailored sponsorship packages that align with partner goals and enhance the show experience. Drive revenue growth by prospecting new leads, upselling to existing partners, and identifying emerging market opportunities. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver on sponsor commitments and maximize client satisfaction. Manage sponsorship performance, ensuring timely invoicing, benefit delivery, and reporting ROI to partners. Lead on-site sponsor engagement during the show and maintain strong relationships post-event to boost retention and renewals. Prepare professional sales materials, proposals, contracts, and promotional agreements that reflect the value of the show and brand. Represent Messe Frankfurt ME at international exhibitions and conferences to source new clients and stay ahead of industry trends. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of B2B sales or sponsorship experience, preferably within the exhibitions, events, or media sectors. A proven track record in revenue generation, consultative sales, and closing high-value deals. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English; Arabic is a plus. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point); CRM experience is advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Why Join Us?
