Ductman (HVAC Technician – Ducting)

Secondary School, Diploma(Electrical, Mechanical) Nationality Male Annual Air Ticket, Accomodation, Annual Leaves As Per Labour Law, Medical Insurance, Visa Vacancy Job Description Read and interpret HVAC drawings and ducting layout plans. Install GI (Galvanized Iron) and PI (Pre-Insulated) ductwork systems in compliance with project specifications. Cut, fabricate, and assemble ducts using hand and power tools. Install duct fittings such as dampers, grilles, diffusers, and flexible ducts. Ensure duct systems are properly supported and sealed to prevent air leakage. Conduct duct insulation and cladding work when required. Coordinate with HVAC technicians and supervisors for smooth workflow. Follow safety procedures and site regulations during installation. Report progress and any site issues to the supervisor or engineer. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or technical certificate in HVAC or Mechanical. Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Ductman in the construction or HVAC industry. Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and ducting plans. Skilled in working with tools such as shears, snips, and folding machines. Familiarity with SMACNA standards (preferred). Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Basic understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage. Experience working in the UAE or GCC countries. Knowledge of installation procedures for smoke extract and fresh air ducts.
