Role Description This is a full-time, on-site dynamic role for a F&B Sales Coordinator at Wayback Burgers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing communication with customers, ensuring food & beverage quality, providing excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards while dinning, overseeing food service operations, soliciting feedbacks from guest, coordinating & managing party hall bookings, developing sales strategies with the Operations manager Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry practices Having the knowledge to craft sales and generate more revenue Understanding of Food Safety standards Experience in Food Service operations Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, organizational and coordinating skills Any relevant certifications in the food service industry Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
