Power Bi Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Consultant to partner closely with our executive and management teams. This person will play a critical role in transforming our data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver, passionate about data, and able to manage the full lifecycle of Power BI — from data modeling and report development to optimization, governance, and user enablement. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with the CEO and management team to understand reporting needs and business priorities Build, design, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations aligned with company goals Ensure the health, performance, and governance of the Power BI environment, including dataset optimization and security best practices Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into technical specs, and deliver scalable solutions Provide training and support to end-users, enabling self-service reporting where possible Stay up to date on Power BI updates, features, and best practices; proactively recommend improvements Manage data integration and connections from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.) Qualifications: Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Consultant Strong skills in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling Ability to work closely with senior leaders, understand business challenges, and translate them into technical solutions Familiarity with SQL, Azure, or cloud data platforms is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
