Ensure complete delivery of project channel orders as per committed MAD. Prepare and manage forecasting processes within APO, participating effectively in S&OP meetings. Manage MRP operations, controlling replenishment orders, and follow-up with plants and CDC to secure availability. Monitor backlog, escalate issues timely, and analyze business trends to identify opportunities and issues. Support launch planning by securing availability ahead of product launches. Discuss and evaluate rolling value plans with market leaders and controllers. Participate in financial and inventory planning processes. Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and meet targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timelines. Identify excess stocks and coordinate liquidation plans with relevant stakeholders. Drive KPI related to DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding). Implement lean projects to improve planning and forecasting processes. Manage safety stocks and replenishment settings for A and B category SKUs, and determine MTS/MTO strategies.
