Odoo Business Analyst / Techno Functional Consultant We are seeking an Odoo Business Analyst with over 4 years of experience in Odoo ERP, having implemented at least 4 Odoo projects.Candidates should have strong expertise in ERP systems, especially in Accounting, Payroll, and Sales modules. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and implement Odoo ERP solutions tailored to business needs. Translate business requirements into system configurations. Conduct system analysis, design, and customization of Odoo modules. Lead implementation projects, including custom development and integration. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Develop user training and comprehensive documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and propose improvements. Technical Skills: Proven experience as an Odoo System Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in Python and Odoo development framework is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Odoo certification is preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field. Fluent in English, spoken and written.
