About The Role Are you an experienced engineer passionate about test equipment development and system validation? As a Senior Engineer in our HALCON Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge test equipment that ensures product excellence across aerospace development programs. What You’ll Do Develop and deliver in-house subsystem designs for test equipment supporting key development projects Lead and contribute to design reviews, enhancing testability, reliability, maintainability, and producibility of products Interpret and implement test specifications and procedures for hardware and software test tools, jigs, and fixtures Bridge development and production teams by transferring design intent and product knowledge for smooth industrialization Advise management and project teams on technology advancements and best practices in test environments Collaborate with Mechatronics Engineering and weapon integration teams to define test equipment strategies and support infrastructure Mentor and lead junior engineers, guiding project execution and professional growth What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 12 years (Bachelor’s) or 7 years (Master’s) in aerospace or related industries Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in electronics or aerospace engineering Technical Skills: Expertise in test engineering, product acceptance testing, and test equipment development Proficiency in NI Lab VIEW & Test Stand or similar test automation tools Deep understanding of systems engineering processes including requirements, design, integration, and certification Strong communication skills with ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders Leadership: Proven mentor and technical leader, capable of driving team success and project delivery Company Industry Defence Military Government Department / Functional Area Keywords Senior Engineer Mechatronics Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
