Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration Nationality Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Follow up on all purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgments, production schedules, and shipping dates. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding delivery status and potential delays. Maintain and update expediting reports, delivery schedules, and records in ERP systems. Identify and escalate any potential delivery risks or supply chain bottlenecks. Coordinate logistics and transportation to expedite deliveries where required. Ensure compliance with company procedures, international trade laws, and UAE regulations. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and other logistics partners to monitor shipments. Perform supplier performance evaluations and contribute to vendor development initiatives. Participate in procurement planning and review meetings. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in an expediting or procurement role, preferably in the UAE or GCC. Experience in industries such as oil & gas, construction, or manufacturing is an advantage. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms), logistics, and customs procedures.
