We need a dynamic Project Director to lead a major infrastructure project in the UAE. This is your chance to make a significant impact and lead a dedicated team to success. About the Role: You'll lead the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team working on a deep wastewater pumping station. Manage the EPC contract through all phases, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, procurement, cost, quality, risk, change, and communication management. Facilitate coordination among contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and quality assurance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Minimum 20 years of experience in wastewater management, focusing on deep pump stations and similar large-scale projects. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role on major infrastructure projects. PMP certification and P.E./Chartered Engineer status. Expertise in EPC project management, contract negotiations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. About Stantec: Why Join Us?
