This role is ideal for someone with strong CRM experience, data handling skills, and a sharp eye for process optimization. You’ll be responsible for managing the flow of leads via Bitrix CRM, ensuring timely distribution to our sales team and supporting smarter business decisions through data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Manage lead distribution in Bitrix CRM, ensuring smart and timely allocation across sales agents Monitor lead flow and agent engagement, adjusting distribution strategies in real-time Maintain data accuracy and ensure smooth CRM operations across departments Analyze lead performance and suggest data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure CRM efficiency and alignment with business goals Assist with system integrations and troubleshoot CRM-related issues as needed What We’re Looking For: Experience with CRM tools like Bitrix, Salesforce, or Hub Spot Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis) Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Solid understanding of lead funnels and CRM workflows Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) Background in marketing, finance, or sales operations is preferred About Metropolitan Premium Properties Established in 2008, The Metropolitan Group is renowned for delivering exceptional property-related services and support to clients across the UAE and global markets.
