Fashion designer/Creative Director

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Fashion Designer / Creative Director to lead the creative direction and design development of our luxury fashion line. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of high-end fashion, strong design sensibilities, and the ability to translate artistic concepts into commercially successful collections. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall creative vision, aesthetic, and seasonal direction of the brand. Design and develop luxury fashion collections aligned with brand identity and market trends. Conduct trend forecasting, fabric research, color direction, and mood board development. Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality, fit, and finish meet luxury standards. Supervise and mentor design teams, stylists, and other creatives. Attend fashion shows, events, and sourcing trips to maintain a strong industry presence. Work with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive branding across platforms. Oversee lookbook development, campaign styling, and runway presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in fashion design, with at least 3 years in a creative leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end fashion design. Exceptional understanding of garment construction, draping, pattern-making, and textiles. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Passion for innovation, craftsmanship, and storytelling through fashion. Preferred Qualities: Experience working with international luxury fashion houses. Understanding of sustainability and ethical practices in fashion. Strong network in the fashion industry.
