Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent are a strong advantage.A minimum of 5 years in General Ledger and Income Audit Processes Strong expertise in Financial Controls, Compliance, and Governance Frameworks Proven track record in Stakeholder Management and Service Excellence Excellent Leadership and Relationship Management skills with a Customer-Focused Approach Ability to manage multiple priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment without compromising on quality and service.Exceptional understanding of Finance Functions and Processes Experience working in a Finance Shared Services Environment is preferred.Work Experience in the Middle East region is preferred.Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Opera, Micros, Power BI, and AI tools (preferred)Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit. Key Responsibilities Performs detailed Analyses of Revenue Trends and Variances, maintaining Exceptional Attention to Detail.Expertly Identifies anomalies or unusual patterns in Income Data.Prepares and Presents Analytical Reports to Senior Management, with ‘FIVE-Styled’ Finesse.Continuously Assesses and Enhances process efficiency through Automation and FIVE’s World-Class Standards.Takes Pride in Developing and Implementing practices that improve Accuracy and reduce Manual Workload.Identifies and Recommends opportunities for Cost Reduction, Incremental Revenue, and Efficiency Improvements.Collaborates with Internal and External Stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of Process Improvements, and with other Finance Teams to ensure Financial Data Accuracy and Integrity.Serves as the Primary Escalation Point for Critical Issues, ensuring Swift Resolution through coordination with Departments and other Key Stakeholder.Develops ‘FIVE-Star’ working Relationships with Internal Stakeholders, including Finance, Vertical Internal Audit, and Business Operations, to ensure smooth audit processes.Provides regular Reports and Updates to Management regarding Income Audit Status, Key Issues, and Resolutions, and Escalates matters to Senior Management in a timely manner.Ensures Adherence to Internal Controls and Compliance Procedures, identifying Areas for Improvement and Driving Corrective Actions.Monitor Adherence to Risk Assessment Frameworks and Checklists across all Operations, Systems, and Processes.Flawlessly Reviews Risk Assessment Outcomes and Implements relevant Internal Controls to address vulnerabilities.Leads the Income Audit Process, ensuring all revenue is accurately accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.Monitors the reconciliation of General Ledger with Point-of-Sale Systems.Oversees the Review of Revenue-Impacting Transactions such as Rebates, Discounts, and Complimentary Services, to Maximise FIVE’s profitability.Ensures timely issuance of income audit compliance dashboards to Vertical teams, ensuring the Highest standards of Accuracy and Compliance.Oversees the Preparation of Audit Documentation and provides Timely Responses to Audit Queries.Supports the Financial Reporting Strategy in alignment with FIVE’s Ambitious Financial Goals.Ensures Compliance from an ICOFR Perspective, and Local Regulatory Standards.Support Leadership in Financial Risk Management initiatives by Identifying and Mitigating Process Risks.Diligently Tracks Key Performance Indicators, identifies Operational Gaps, and Guides teams toward Achieving Performance Targets.Supports the Next-Level Execution of Special Projects and Initiatives to continuously Enhance the Value delivered by Finance, in line with Business Goals.
