Drive initiatives to enhance market share, profitability, and customer reach. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of marketplace specialists, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management to achieve business objectives. Advanced Product Listings & Optimization: Oversee the optimization of product listings, leveraging data insights and SEO best practices to ensure maximum visibility and conversion rates. Advertising Strategy: Define and manage high-impact advertising strategies (PPC campaigns on Amazon, Noon, etc.), optimizing budgets and targeting to maximize ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Logistics), aligning marketplace goals with broader company objectives and ensuring seamless execution. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Implement robust performance tracking frameworks. Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market data to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and inform decision-making at the leadership level. Customer Experience Excellence: Champion customer satisfaction initiatives, addressing complex queries and developing processes to maintain high service standards. Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight: Lead forecasting, stock management, and demand planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels across all marketplaces. Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of marketplace trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates.
