Role Description We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist with strong skills in agent development and smart product innovation , specifically applied to construction technologies, lighting systems, and technical services. This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, designers, and software developers to build custom AI agents, smart technical solutions, and automated systems for use in real-world construction and interior design projects. Responsibilities Design, build, and train intelligent AI agents (e.g., chatbots, automation flows, virtual assistants) using platforms such as Open AI, Lang Chain, Rasa, or Dialogflow Develop smart, scalable AI-powered tools that support product design, customer interaction, and project automation Collaborate with product teams to design and implement innovative solutions from concept to functional prototype Integrate AI systems into smart lighting, technical services, and site-based construction workflows Conduct on-site evaluations, support budgeting, and oversee deployment of intelligent systems Stay up to date with the latest in AI, machine learning, and agent-based system development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in developing AI-powered agents or automation tools Familiarity with smart product development and systems integration Experience in technical services, building technologies, or lighting systems is a strong plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for budgeting/estimation) Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities Hands-on approach and ability to take ownership of the full development cycle Bonus Skills (Preferred) Experience with Open AI API, Lang Chain, Rasa, or Dialogflow Background in Io T, sensors, or smart control systems Knowledge of BIM tools, Dialux, or Revit for lighting or construction coordination Experience in prototyping, MVP building, or product testing Why Join Us?
