Key Responsibilities Lead the Income Audit process ensuring revenue accuracy and discrepancy resolution. Perform detailed analysis of revenue trends and variances. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity. Prepare analytical reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. Monitor and review revenue-impacting transactions. Manage reconciliation of General Ledger with POS systems. Support financial reporting and risk management initiatives. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualifications like ACCA or CIMA are advantageous. Minimum of 5 years experience in General Ledger and Income Audit processes. Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and governance. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Opera, Micros, Power BI, and AI tools is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
