Organisational: Continuously developing MCL team's knowledge by increasing interactions and product training with insurers: commercial and risk underwriting and claims. Participate in IMEA EXCO leadership meetings to represent MCL practice for monthly/ quarterly forecasting, budgeting exercise and other strategic projects. Lead MCL practice monthly team meetings, quarterly forecasting, budgeting exercise and other strategic projects. Operational: Identify and mitigate key inherent risks to Marsh's objectives and regulatory risks, at the country and business unit level. Full responsibility for driving operational efficiencies, including the implementation of improved internal processes and systems; manage NOC's and minimize E&O's. Growth Initiatives: Foster a growth-oriented culture by utilizing financial data and sales metrics to enhance coaching and performance. Collaborate with other Marsh Mc Lennan business units to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients and prospects.
