Holiday Homes Manager

We are looking for a bubbly, tenacious, organised, and customer-oriented individual who can head our Holiday Homes division to provide guests and clients a 5-star holiday homes service, as well as building our holiday homes portfolio to onboard new properties. Role Functions: What the role looks like: Booking management: Manage calendar to ensure no overbooking and schedule bookings accordingly. Market research: Understand and monitor market trends and changes to ensure listings are set at the correct prices and offer discounts where possible to ensure maximum occupancy of listings. Guest relations: Respond to enquiries, process reservations, cancellations, disputes, and customer complaints. Social media marketing: Ensure our listings are marketed across all social media platforms. Liaising and working with building management: Ensure correct permits and smooth check-ins for clients. Key responsibilities: Collection, handover, and storage of property keys. Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for clients by liaising and scheduling cleaning, maintenance, and any other contractors of the property. Raise issue resolution requests and claims against damages and submit supporting documentation/evidence to the team to follow up on these claims. Business Development: Source new opportunities for Holiday Home rentals and work towards KPIs to increase our portfolio. Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following: Holiday Homes/Short Term Leasing Management experience. Highly skilled in administrative tasks including Excel, scheduling, and calendar management. Real estate experience essential. Excellent organisational and communicative skills. Presentable. Strong outbound sales background. Past experience as a real estate broker in a brokerage firm desired.
