Our after-sales brand, MAN Prime Serv, provides a wide network of service centers worldwide. Job Responsibilities Set up, adjust, or operate machine tools for precision machining. Machine parts to specifications using tools like lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders. Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines. Monitor machine feed and speed during operations. Maintain machine tools in proper condition. Check workpieces for proper lubrication or cooling. Diagnose malfunctions and determine repairs or adjustments needed. Lay out, measure, and mark metal stock for cuts. Assemble and fit parts to repair or make machine tools. Operate metalworking, brazing, heat-treating, welding, or cutting equipment. Support metalworking projects from planning through testing, utilizing knowledge of machine functions and materials. Separate scrap for reuse, recycling, or disposal. Evaluate and improve machining procedures for efficiency. Dismantle machines, inspect parts, and replace defective components. Install repaired or new parts into equipment. Implement safety, environmental policies, and legal regulations. Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy equipment manufacturing or machinery. Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of engineering products and processes. Ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong skills in technical areas outlined in the competence profile. Team-oriented with good interpersonal and intercultural skills. Excellent coordination, organization, and communication skills.
