Job Description Purpose: Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, improve sales performance, effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, build strong customer relationships, and enhance customer needs-solving capabilities to maximize both short- and long-term sales performance. All efforts should prioritize the patient and operate within Abb Vie's business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed set goals. Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance. Handle objections, misunderstandings, and concerns effectively, gaining logical calls to action to close sales on every call. Proactively serve customer needs and expectations, building trusted relationships and achieving win-win agreements between Abb Vie and customers. Develop and execute call plans that meet call metrics, optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities. Build understanding of customer needs, market landscape, competitors, and other relevant factors. Share this intelligence with the team to align strategies and anticipate environmental changes. Differentiate Abb Vie's value proposition with health providers and develop disease state experts and advocates to maximize brand performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies. 2-4 years of experience as a Product Specialist in a multinational company. Relevant industry experience, ideally in Specialty Care therapy areas. Experience in the UAE market with a strong performance record. Fluency in English and Arabic. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Practical knowledge of HCPs and disease area requirements. Good understanding of market challenges and opportunities. Strong ethics and integrity.
