Responsibilities : Develop, organize, and manage competitive and recreational sports programmes from grades 6-12 Hire, train, and mentor coaches for various sports teams Oversee sports budgeting, purchasing, and equipment Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and health / safety policies Build positive school spirit and sportsmanship among students Collaborate with administrators on use of athletic facilities Engage parents and boosters to support athletic department Requirements to APPLY Bachelor's degree in sports management, physical education or related field A Master Degree is prefered 3+ years experience as an Athletics Director or similar role Knowledge of various sports and related health / safety policies Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Salary package and benefits Tax-free salary from AED 13,000 to 18,000 per month Furnished accommodation provided UAE residence visa sponsorship Comprehensive medical insurance for family Relocation support This is an impactful opportunity to lead athletic programmes at a well-resourced international school.
