Now, we're looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base. Role Overview As a Junior Sales Representative, your primary mission is to generate leads and close new business opportunities with companies in need of UX/UI design services. You'll identify potential clients, engage decision-makers, and communicate how our design services can solve their product or brand challenges. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for digital design or tech. Experience in UX/UI or design is a plus, but not required — we'll train you on the value of what we offer. Responsibilities Identify and qualify leads through online research, social selling, email outreach, and networking. Pitch our design services to startups, founders, product managers, and marketing leads. Schedule and lead introductory calls with prospects. Understand client needs and collaborate with our design team to prepare proposals. Track and manage leads using CRM tools. Support in building outreach campaigns and refining sales materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to tailor outreach effectively. Requirements 1 year of sales, business development, or lead generation experience (internships count). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident, energetic, and eager to learn. Familiarity with digital products, web/mobile apps, or design services is a plus.
