A unique opportunity to lead and redefine luxury service experiences across multiple airport locations in Saudi Arabia. As the Consumer Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for shaping exceptional customer interactions and ensuring flawless execution of brand standards, while managing a diverse and motivated team. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Development Supervise Team Leaders or directly oversee all front-line staff at Saudi airports. Mentor and develop team members to elevate customer engagement and service delivery. Cultivate a strong sense of team culture, motivation, and purpose. Conduct team check-ins to monitor performance and address challenges proactively. Frequent Travel & Field Support Travel weekly to key airports in Saudi Arabia to provide hands-on leadership and operational support. Ensure consistent brand representation and service levels across all touchpoints. Scheduling & Operational Coordination Coordinate with local operators to distribute and maintain efficient staff schedules. Use scheduling software to manage shifts, absences, and coverage during peak periods. Recruitment & Onboarding Participate in final interviews, ensuring candidates align with brand values and expectations. Support onboarding processes including system access, uniforms, and training coordination. Performance Monitoring Maintain and report on key performance indicators monthly, aligning team goals with business targets. Conduct or support quarterly and annual reviews for team members and leaders. Encourage feedback sessions and team huddles to foster continuous improvement. Training & Capability Building Drive training participation and completion rates through digital and in-person channels. Coordinate logistics and approvals for team events or training sessions. Administration & Budget Management Prepare and track budgets, process purchase orders, and support timely agency invoicing. Ensure all financial documentation and approvals are submitted on schedule. Maintenance & Merchandising Oversee maintenance issues in collaboration with planning teams. Align visual merchandising and product placements with commercial updates and campaigns.
