Agentic AI & Automation Lead

Why this role matters We're looking for a technically-minded, process-oriented builder to lead PEMO’s agentic AI and automation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and business operations , with the goal of designing and deploying intelligent workflows across the company using tools like: Chat GPT Make / n8n Relevance.ai Internal APIs and systems What you'll do Design and implement AI-powered workflows and internal agents Identify and map core operational processes across teams (Sales, Onboarding, Compliance, Support, Finance) Automate manual work using no-code tools and system integrations Build reusable components: prompts, scripts, templates, automations Train teams and act as PEMO’s internal AI automation champion Collaborate with Product & Engineering to evolve MVPs into full features Explore and test cutting-edge agentic frameworks (Auto GPT, Lang Chain, etc.) What we're looking for A technical background — Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience Experience with automation tools (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier) Strong process thinking — you love simplifying messy operations Exposure to or interest in LLMs & agentic systems (Chat GPT, Claude, etc.) Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python/Java Script) Independent, curious, and able to work across functions Bonus: experience in Saa S, fintech, or internal tooling Why join PEMO?
