Base pay range AED780,000.00/yr - AED960,000.00/yr Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Vascular Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing surgical interventions and managing medical conditions related to vascular diseases. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.Key Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose patients suffering from various vascular disorders through thorough physical examinations and diagnostic tests Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices Perform a wide range of vascular surgical procedures, including but not limited to bypass surgery, vascular reconstruction, and endovascular interventions Ensure comprehensive preoperative assessment and postoperative care to minimize complications and enhance recovery Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes Educate patients about their conditions and treatments, addressing any questions or concerns they may have Stay updated on advancements in vascular surgery and integrate new techniques and technologies into practice Maintain meticulous medical records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of a residency in General Surgery and a fellowship in Vascular Surgery Board certification in Vascular Surgery is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting related to vascular surgery Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of vascular surgical techniques and technology Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to make critical decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care Active and valid state medical license Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Benefits Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Health Care Provider Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Talentspoc by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Vascular Surgeon” roles.
