The role focuses on ensuring operations meet safety regulations, conducting audits, and improving safety management systems. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain safety compliance programs. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations. Improve safety policies, risk assessments, and procedures. Communicate and implement safety requirements across the company. Train employees on safety practices and compliance. Prepare incident reports and ensure timely reporting. Identify opportunities for improving safety measures. Maintain records of safety audits, inspections, and training. Ensure performance aligns with company goals and safety standards. Support Emiratization initiatives and employee training programs.
