Service Now Senior SPM Technical Consultant Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Now SPM solutions, including custom builds. Provide expert guidance on Service Now SPM modules, including Portfolio Management , Demand Management , Project Management , and Resource Management . Manage the customization of Service Now SPM to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable and future-proof. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions. Ensure successful execution of end-to-end Service Now SPM implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live. Perform integrations of Service Now SPM with other enterprise systems. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and internal teams. Requirements: Proven experience with Service Now SPM and its core modules, including Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Project Management, and Resource Management. Must have the SPM Certification. Demonstrated experience in Service Now SPM projects and delivering successful implementations. Strong background in custom builds and ability to handle complex, tailored solutions within the Service Now platform . Expertise in Service Now platform architecture , scripting, and integrations. Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Relevant Service Now certifications (e.g., Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist or Application Developer) are a plus.
