This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business plan. The HR Executive works closely with management to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while fostering a positive work culture. They handle various HR tasks including recruitment, engagement, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Additionally, HR Executives are responsible for employee relations, addressing grievances, and facilitating professional development programs. Their goal is to support the company's growth by nurturing a motivated and high-performing workforce. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and goals. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of new staff. Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth induction process for new hires. Design and implement effective employee engagement and retention plans. Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies as needed. Conduct performance appraisals and work with managers to improve employee performance. Address employee relations issues, handling conflicts, and resolving grievances professionally. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Manage employee benefits, compensation, and administer payroll activities efficiently. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to support organizational decision-making and planning. Foster a positive organizational culture by reinforcing company values and ethics. Collaborate with department heads and executives to strategize HR initiatives effectively. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in human resources, preferably in an executive role. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices and policies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective relations. Proficient in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and payroll software. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude to address HR challenges efficiently.
