Provide expert technical advice and support to clients regarding mechanical product offerings. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions for customers. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospects. Negotiate contract terms and closing sales transactions to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to understand market trends and client needs in the mechanical industry. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and market trends. Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders for prospective clients. Ensure customer satisfaction levels are high and address any after-sales issues promptly. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field is required. Proven experience in a sales role with a focus on mechanical products. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong negotiation and contract management skills are essential for success. Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
