Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketer to join a fast-growing team in the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle space. If you thrive on optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and building engaging digital journeys — this role is for you! Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Manage campaigns across social, email, and Whats App Optimize funnels on social, search, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Faces, Namshi, Beauty Tribe) Set up UTM tracking, pixels, events, and remarketing Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and more Collaborate with creatives to test and optimize ad content Monitor key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV) and report on performance Support CRO efforts and audience targeting through data insights Ideal Candidate : 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Klaviyo / Mailchimp Solid grasp of social media trends, SEO, and content optimization Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, or wellness is a bonus!
