About the Role As a New Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Your role will focus on building strong client pipelines, developing tailored sales strategies, and closing deals that align with our company’s objectives. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless client onboarding and contribute to building long-term, profitable relationships. This role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong negotiation skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities New Business Growth: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients to expand our portfolio and drive revenue. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through market research, networking, and outreach. Sales Strategy: Create compelling, tailored pitches and solutions that transform prospects into loyal, long-term partners. Negotiation & Closing: Own the entire sales cycle—from sparking initial interest to sealing the deal and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients. Market Intelligence: Stay on the pulse of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive smarter, more impactful sales strategies. Collaborate to Win: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of new business deals. Track Performance & Success: Maintain accurate reporting, revenue tracking, and CRM data management to monitor success. Required Skills & Experience Proven industry experience, ideally within exhibition and sponsorship sales environment. Highly target driven. Demonstrable experience/track record as a top-performing individual contributor in a solution-based B2B environment. Being a team player within a sales team beyond individual needs. Established network of customers in one or more sectors and a proven track record in new business. Computer literate and proficient in commonly used business software. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications Proven industry experience, ideally within exhibition and sponsorship sales environment. Highly target driven. Demonstrable experience/track record as a top-performing individual contributor in a solution-based B2B environment. Being a team player within a sales team beyond individual needs. Established network of customers in one or more sectors and a proven track record in new business.
