Managing Director at Genetic Callnet Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale B2B accounts across the Dubai and GCC region. Pitch and present collections (RTW, private label, textile solutions) to fashion retailers, boutiques, department stores, and e-commerce partners. Conduct regular product training and support buyers in seasonal purchasing and trend selections. Attend and represent Si Fashion at trade shows, fashion events, and showroom appointments. Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure client-specific requests are fulfilled on time. Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Build long-term client relationships ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements 3–6 years of B2B fashion sales experience , preferably in the GCC. Strong knowledge across womenswear, menswear, and kids wear categories. Existing relationships with fashion buyers, department stores, or concept stores is a major plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a bonus). Highly organized, self-driven, and target-oriented. Willingness to travel for meetings and trade shows when required.
