Partner with the best As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its revenue and profit opportunities both short and long term. You will oversee flawless execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to contracts. Your role involves coordinating job activities to align with customer expectations and contract terms. Responsibilities include: Preparing technical proposals and leading customer engagement for technical support Conducting job briefings during planning and debriefings after job completion Coordinating multiple complex Wellbore Intervention operations Leading commercial engagement with customers when required Communicating billing events via the Job Center ticket Forecasting operational activity volume and complexity to allocate resources effectively Providing daily operational updates Reporting incidents and managing communication with customers and internal teams Overseeing ongoing operations and supporting field personnel on location Fuel your passion To be successful, you should have: A minimum of a technical diploma At least 5 years of experience in Well interventions service delivery coordination (Operations Coordination) Minimum of 10 years of experience in running complex fishing operations, including workover or open hole, section mills, with strong offshore and onshore well intervention experience Knowledge of whipstocks, thru-tubing fishing, and milling Strong field, technical, and office coordination skills in well interventions Extensive customer engagement experience Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to influence and lead teams Mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Leadership capabilities to manage and coordinate field personnel Work in a way that works for you We recognize individual differences and offer flexible working patterns.
