Job Summary: We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives that drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional delivery teams, optimizing processes, analyzing performance metrics, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering results.Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing delivery operations, systems, and performance metrics to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for improvement within the delivery function.Provide insight through analytics and foster continuous improvement.-Publish timely metrics and dashboards to report status accurately to all stakeholders and Senior Leadership Teams-Coordinate delivery team members, routes, and budgets to facilitate delivery of Jollibee products to customers.Assess customer feedback and use your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.Develops and initiates capability-building programs to improve core competencies of the team Creates the talent development plans for direct reports based on competency assessments and performance evaluations Coaching / Training of Direct Reports and Creates individual development plans for direct reports Ensures and facilitates developmental intervention to improve proficiency or address competency gaps.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree required.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the restaurant or food service industry, with at least 2 years in a delivery supervisor or managerial role.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage logistics, team performance, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
