Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager to drive sales of our Io T-based smart building solutions. This role is 100% sales-focused, requiring exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. If you thrive on chasing and converting leads, hitting ambitious sales targets, and growing business opportunities, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-ups. Actively hunt for new business and develop direct outreach strategies to target high-value clients and proactively generate your own leads through networking, cold calling, and industry connections. Convert leads generated by marketing into actual sales. Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of our smart Io T solutions. Identify customer pain points and position Syncrow’s solutions as the ideal fit. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue. Expand the customer base by securing recurring business opportunities. Negotiate and close medium to high-value contracts, ensuring strong profitability and long-term partnerships. Exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and expanding Syncrow’s market presence. Stay ahead of Io T, Saa S, and smart building trends to effectively pitch solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals. Work closely with product teams, providing feedback to enhance our solutions. Represent Syncrow at industry events and webinars to drive brand awareness and sales. What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience: Minimum five years in technology, Io T, or Saa S sales, with a strong track record of closing deals. Strong negotiation skills: Ability to persuade, influence, and seal the deal with high-value clients. Lead generation expertise: Skilled in hunting for new business and building your own pipeline. Technical knowledge: Understanding of Io T platforms, Saa S models, and cloud computing. Results-driven mindset: Passion for exceeding sales targets and growing revenue. Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling, and persuasive way.
